Senzilla Health Services (SHS) provides evidence-based Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Our team delivers individualized, family-centered care designed to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through clinically appropriate interventions.
Our services include Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluations (CMDEs), center-based and in-home EIDBI services, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and individualized treatment planning tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.
Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE)
SHS provides Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluations (CMDEs), the required assessment under Minnesota DHS Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) guidelines. A CMDE determines a child’s eligibility and medical necessity for EIDBI services through a comprehensive review of developmental, medical, behavioral, and family information. Evaluation results help guide individualized treatment planning and recommendations for ongoing care.
A CMDE may include:
- Developmental assessment
- Medical history and review
- Behavioral observation
- Communication and developmental evaluations
- Family interview and background information
- Standardized assessment tools, when appropriate
- Individualized treatment recommendations
Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI)
Our EIDBI services are designed to help children build meaningful skills while supporting families throughout the treatment process. Services are individualized based on each child’s assessed needs and treatment goals.
EIDBI Services Include:
- Center-Based Therapy – Structured therapy sessions provided in our clinical setting.
- Home-Based Therapy – Individualized intervention delivered in the child’s home environment.
- Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) – Personalized goals developed from the CMDE and regularly reviewed.
- Parent & Caregiver Collaboration – Coaching and education to encourage consistency across home and community settings.
- Skill Development – Programs focused on communication, behavior, social interaction, adaptive functioning, and daily living skills.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children learn new skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning and everyday activities. Our therapy programs are individualized to each child’s needs and integrated into their overall treatment plan.
ABA Therapy May Focus On:
- Communication and language development
- Social interaction and relationship-building skills
- Daily living and adaptive skills
- Positive behavior support
- Functional play and learning skills
- Increasing independence across home, school, and community settings
Individual Treatment Planning (ITP)
Every child receives an Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) based on the findings of their Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE). The treatment plan identifies measurable goals, recommended interventions, and strategies tailored to the child’s developmental needs. Our clinical team regularly reviews and updates each ITP to monitor progress and ensure services continue to support meaningful outcomes.
